Our foray in the world of Biryanis began in 2005 with a Hyderabadi Biryani Festival that we organized at Gulati Restaurant, Pandara Road. It was an instant hit among our guests who seem to have immense liking towards our well-crafted Biryanis. Even to this day our Biryanis are a hot favorite among people of all age groups. Our authentic Hyderabadi Dumpukht Biryanis served in the traditional handisare made using the age old “Dum Pukht” method in which the biryani pot is sealed around the edges with wheat flour dough and then slow cooked so as to enhance the flavors and aroma of the authentic Hyderabadi spices.
Our Biryanis are available in the three famous variations, Hyderabadi Dumpukht Chicken Biryani, Hyderabadi Dumpukht Mutton Biryani, HyderabadiDumpukht Veg Biryani. It comes accompanied with the quintessential “Mirch Ka Salan” and our flavoursome “Burani Raita” made from roasted garlic cloves.
